Work in progress notes
  • all support is via email. For the personal plan it is provided on a best effort basis;
  • for additional features that are available in all plans see alternatives
Questions:
  • in the personal plan, is 50 jobs too few or too many? I want to encourage personal usage, but not at the expense of a paid plan. In theory the lack of authentication will encourage people to purchase a team license if they use it outside their personal environment.
  • should concurrent user connections in Team be limited to 5 (or some other number) to "encourage" larger deployments to subscribe to Business? Or is this likely to happen anyway, in which case offering unlimited connections in Team may appear more generous and less intimidating.
